If your order is on the event date our network will arrange either "Email-Will Call-Or Local Pickup Near Venue" at the vending offices discretion. You will receive more information after your order or you can call ahead for details. Otherwise your tickets will be delivered to the billing address you provide. Most tickets are shipped via Federal Express. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to you in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If you need to ship to an alternate address or your billing address is a POB, please fill out both billing and shipping address's during checkout.  Shipping to a non billing address is strictly at the vending office's discretion and may require additional identity verification.

What Are E-Tickets Or Ticketfast

E-Tickets or Ticketfast are electronic tickets that can be printed and shipped or emailed for last minute delivery. Tickets are only emailed when there isn't enough time for shipping.

You Will Receive The Exact Tickets You Ordered Or Get A Free Upgrade

If the exact tickets you ordered are no longer available, Our Network guarantees that replacement tickets will be of equal or greater value than the tickets originally requested at no additional charge to you or you will receive a full refund.

The Tickets Are Guaranteed To Be 100% Authentic

Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, any tickets you buy from RightTurnTickets are guaranteed to be authentic tickets and valid for entry to the event. If you are denied admission by the venue, Our Network will investigate the incident and will refund the full cost of tickets, including shipping and service fees if it's found that the mistake was ours. The good news for you is that Our Network takes a buyer guarantee further than other major tickets sellers. The majority of the tickets we sell are from registered brokers and Our Network does not pay sellers of private listings until after you have used your tickets. While other sites have money back guarantees, that doesn't change the fact that your event was ruined if you received fraudulent tickets. Our Network has eliminated any potential fruit for a fraudulent ticket seller.

Complete Refund If Event Is Canceled And Not Rescheduled

If an event is permanently canceled, RightTurnTickets will coordinate with the selling broker to provide you with a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees. (Shipping costs are non-refundable) If an event is postponed, your tickets will be good for the new event date.
